AmitiAll Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AmitiAll mobile application, website and related services (“AmitiAll” or the “Service”). AmitiAll is operated by Saba Seifi, an Australian sole trader (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using AmitiAll, you agree to these Terms.
1. What AmitiAll is
AmitiAll is an educational and relationship-focused application designed to help people explore animal behaviour and communication, reflect on possible explanations for behaviour, build trust and connection, practise reward-based everyday training, discover low-pressure games and activities, notice preferences and routines, save selected Moments and create an optional Care Guide.
AmitiAll does not claim to translate an animal’s thoughts, emotions or intentions with certainty.
2. Behaviour interpretations are possibilities
Animal behaviour is context-dependent. AmitiAll may offer possible explanations based on the information you provide, but a behaviour does not necessarily have one meaning, a single body-language cue does not prove an emotion or intention, and patterns can change over time.
Breed, species, sex, age, personality descriptions and previous observations may provide context but do not determine an individual animal’s behaviour. Treat AmitiAll responses as educational possibilities rather than factual diagnoses of what an animal thinks or feels.
3. AmitiAll is not veterinary or emergency advice
AmitiAll does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic or emergency services and is not a substitute for an appropriately qualified professional.
Do not rely on AmitiAll for illness or injury, poisoning or ingestion, medication or dosage, nutrition or feeding advice, emergency situations, significant pain or physical distress, serious aggression, biting, lunging, dangerous escape behaviour, severe fear or panic, or other situations that may injure a person or animal.
When health or physical safety may be involved, seek appropriately qualified local professional assistance.
4. Training
AmitiAll training content is intended for ordinary, low-risk, everyday learning. Its approach is designed around positive reinforcement, voluntary participation, choice, gradual progression, small achievable steps and stopping when an animal disengages or shows distress.
AmitiAll does not promote punishment-based methods, shock collars, prong collars, choke-based training, intimidation, “alpha” or dominance methods, flooding, forced restraint, forced compliance or deliberate testing of an animal’s tolerance.
Training outcomes vary. AmitiAll does not guarantee that a behaviour will be learned, changed or maintained. If a training situation involves aggression, significant fear, escape risk, dangerous behaviour or substantial handling risk, use an appropriately qualified professional rather than generic in-app guidance.
5. Games and activities
Do Together activities are intended to be low-pressure, voluntary experiences. You are responsible for ensuring that the environment and any objects used are appropriate for your individual animal, that ordinary supervision and safety precautions are maintained, and that the animal can stop or move away.
AmitiAll does not replace your judgement about whether an environment, object or activity is safe.
6. Care Guide
The Care Guide allows you to record and selectively share information with another person caring for your animal. You are responsible for entering accurate information, keeping it current, reviewing it before sharing and deciding what information each recipient needs.
AmitiAll does not verify information entered into a Care Guide.
Food and medication instructions
Food and medication instructions contained in a Care Guide are written by the user. AmitiAll does not prescribe medication, calculate doses, recommend food quantities, verify schedules, alter your instructions or confirm that an instruction is medically appropriate.
7. Sharing
AmitiAll may allow you to share Care Guides, training achievements, activity achievements or other content using your device’s sharing functionality. Sharing is initiated by you.
You are responsible for reviewing content before sending it and selecting an appropriate recipient. Once content leaves AmitiAll and is sent to another person, messaging service, social network or third party, its further use is outside our control.
8. AI-generated content
AmitiAll uses artificial intelligence for some features. AI-generated content may contain mistakes, misunderstand context, omit relevant information, produce an unsuitable suggestion or vary between requests.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to act on any suggestion. AmitiAll is designed to route certain higher-risk topics away from generic advice, but automated safety systems cannot identify every possible risk.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to AmitiAll. You give us a limited permission to process that content where necessary to operate the Service, generate requested responses, personalise AmitiAll for your animal, maintain functionality, protect the Service and provide support.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. AmitiAll Memory
AmitiAll may retain useful context from previous interactions. Memory is intended to improve personalisation, not create permanent conclusions about an animal. Remembered information may become outdated, may have been misunderstood and does not prove an emotion or motive.
If something changes, provide updated context.
11. Animal profiles
You are responsible for information you enter into an animal profile. Do not knowingly submit material you do not have permission to use. Profile information is used as context and is not a guarantee about future behaviour.
12. AmitiAll Plus
Some features may require a paid AmitiAll Plus subscription. Available plans, local pricing and included features will be shown before purchase.
Where purchased through an app store, payment is processed through your store account and subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store’s subscription settings.
Deleting AmitiAll or deleting local AmitiAll data does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
13. Restore purchases
Where supported by the app store, AmitiAll will provide a way to restore eligible purchases or subscription entitlements. Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge.
AmitiAll v1 may use anonymous purchase identifiers rather than requiring an account. Restoring a subscription can recover paid entitlement, but it does not restore locally deleted animal profiles, Moments, Care Guides or other local content.
14. Refunds
Purchases processed by Apple, Google or another platform are subject to that platform’s applicable refund process and rules. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Free and paid features
We may change which features are free, paid or included within a subscription tier. We will not retroactively charge you without your authorisation. Material changes to paid features will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law and app-store requirements.
16. Acceptable use
You must not use AmitiAll to intentionally harm or distress an animal, facilitate animal cruelty, design punishment or aversive training, obtain instructions for dangerous acts, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware or use the Service unlawfully.
17. Intellectual property
AmitiAll and its original branding, visual design, software, written content, lesson structures, graphics, logos and organisation are owned by or licensed to Saba Seifi, subject to applicable third-party rights.
These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use AmitiAll for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of AmitiAll intellectual property to you.
18. Third-party services
AmitiAll may rely on third parties including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, OpenAI, hosting providers and support providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
19. Availability and updates
We aim to keep AmitiAll available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, internet connectivity, provider failures, software updates, security issues or device compatibility.
You may need to install an updated version of AmitiAll to continue using certain functions.
20. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmitiAll is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every AI response or behavioural interpretation is correct, that every training method will work for every animal, that every activity is suitable for every individual, or that AmitiAll can identify every health or safety risk.
21. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
22. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on AmitiAll content where that liability can lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for supervising your animal, assessing your environment, deciding whether an activity is suitable, stopping an interaction when appropriate and obtaining professional assistance when health or safety concerns arise.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
23. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary if a user materially breaches these Terms, uses the Service unlawfully, attempts to compromise the Service or uses AmitiAll to facilitate intentional harm.
You may stop using AmitiAll at any time. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when AmitiAll changes or where legal or regulatory requirements change. The latest version will show the revision date. Where a change materially affects existing paid services or rights, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply where you live.
26. App-store terms
If you obtained AmitiAll through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to applicable store terms and any mandatory platform end-user licence terms.
