Do I need an AmitiAll account?
No. AmitiAll v1 is designed to work without a required sign-in. Your animal profiles and most personalisation data are stored locally on your device.
Does AmitiAll sync across phones?
Not in v1. Local profiles, Moments, Care Guides, learned context and activity progress do not automatically follow you to another device. Optional backup/sync may be considered later.
How do I delete my AmitiAll data?
Open the friend/profile switcher and look for Data & Privacy → Delete all AmitiAll data on this device. This removes locally stored profiles, profile photos, Moments, AmitiAll Memory, Care Guides and training/activity progress.
Does deleting my data cancel Plus?
No. Deleting local app data or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation through the store account used for the purchase.
Can I restore a subscription after reinstalling?
Where supported by the app store, AmitiAll will provide a Restore Purchases option. Restoring can recover your paid entitlement, but it does not restore locally deleted animal profiles, Moments or Care Guides.
What is AmitiAll Memory?
AmitiAll Memory is automatic, changeable context used to make future suggestions less generic. It is different from Moments, which are conversations you deliberately choose to save.
What is the Care Guide?
The Care Guide lets you write practical information for a sitter, family member or friend. You choose which sections to share. Food and medication instructions are your own words; AmitiAll does not calculate, recommend or verify them.
What can AmitiAll not help with?
AmitiAll is for relationship and behaviour education. It is not for veterinary diagnosis, injury, medication, nutrition, poisoning or ingestion treatment, emergencies or behaviour that could seriously injure a person or animal. Those situations belong with an appropriately qualified local professional.
Is training reward-based?
Yes. AmitiAll’s training direction is voluntary, reward-based and low-pressure. It does not promote punishment, shock, prong or choke tools, dominance methods, flooding or forced compliance.
How do I report a bug or incorrect response?
Email support@amitiall.com. Please include your device model, app version and a short description of what happened. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
AmitiAll is not an emergency service. Contact an appropriately qualified local veterinarian or behaviour professional when health, injury or physical safety may be involved.
